I ran out of supportive undergarments for my run today. I did run on Thursday and it went quite well. 3.5 miles. Small twinge in my knee and a blister on my instep. I think it was the socks.

Tomorrow it is Sauvie’s island with the dogs and friends. The weather has been so summer like that I have put away all my long sleeve shirts. This might be foolish.

I am working on secret projects and then a new bento box holder for my Mr. Bento. It came with an ugly black canvas thing that doesn’t fit a soda or fruit. I am thinking about either sewing or crocheting.
