I have started working on scanning in a bunch of old drawings and things to hopefully be made into an online portfolio at some point. Right now I am just posting them to flickr, but eventually I think this page will be a place holder and have options to pick such as blog, sketchbook, paintings, photos. Then I probably will have photo subcategories like portrait,wedding, none of the above etc.
I have gently started training for the 10k by taking a long walk with the dogs. Tomorrow I am going to go to the gym and run on the treadmill for a while. I seem to stick to actual running more if I have a conveyor belt to make me go!
I tried to put a photo here but something is up with my wordpress, I will post some from flickr soon!

Blair is on his way home! I left him to fend for himself because by the time I would have driven to get him, the bus would have been there! Only ten more hours to go and then I get a day off to catch up. I do think I get the 19th off! Yay then I can go to the housewarming party and not be a zombie!
Aflac sent me a thing and they won’t reimburse me for my prescriptions WTF, what a rip off, never again! I hate it because at my work the make you go to a meeting with the person and then I feel all pressured and totally like I need to say yes. I need to get over that.
Today I get a little break from work this morning. I am doing such fun things as dishes, cleaning litter boxes and laundry. I know you are super jealous. Poor Blair has had a horrible time in California, the meeting he flew down for was canceled, he got the rental car towed and got lost all on his first day back. He did get to see some of the people he has been missing. I am jealous because last night he got to stay with my sister! I miss her so badly.
Life is good right now, that means I am boring! I am painting a little bit again and that is going well. I think I better catch up on all my scraboulous games, and maybe finish my chores.
I have a plan!
I have decided this is what I want tattooed on my right wrist. It makes me a nerd but I think that it would be a good reminder and something that will make me smile every single time! I just need to find the script that would work, or decide if I want to try and go with the original font.
Thursday
Thursday is the new Saturday. We took the dogs down to the waffle cart and walked back. I have a new favorite, the maple sausage waffle. I am already super productive today, I called the dentist to ask a billing question, I have a list for tjs. Ok well I guess that isn’t all that productive but I am happy about it. I need to try to get up earlier, I like hanging out with Blair in the am drinking coffee and walking the dogs. Dogs like the walks too!
We went to ikea and got a headboard and a table to eat at. It folds up so that we can have our front room back. I love it! So does Elsa. I can’t get mad at here when she looks so cute!
