too much lunch

I am without my film camera still. Nothing makes me want to shoot bucketloads of expired film like not having my camera. I think I may have to fire up my old plastic cameras and get rolling again.

I have been flossing. My dental hygenist was pleased. Have I ever mentioned teeth are a reoccurring theme in my nightmares and also in my paintings? I haven’t been making many painting/photo type things lately. I have been knitting like a mad women.

I won a little steam cleaner from work today. It will be awesome for blocking my knitting.

Blair ripped of part of his pinky nail. He is surviving.

I am going to California for two days in October for the tiki crawl. I don’t think I will have time to do much else. I am also going to be out in Novemeber for my Grandpa’s 80 birthday. I am going to get to see all my family in one swoop. It will be nice but overwhelming.

Did I ever mention I am stopping drinking? Well only kind off. B made me a drink out of ice cream and it had a weird lime aftertaste. I drank it all though. Homemade ice cream is awesome.

Tired dogs are happy dogs.

Last weekend we went to Sauvie’s Island with some dog friends. This is Shaggy. He is not impressed by Elsa! This weekend we are going again but no Shaggy. I am obsessed by swimming. I feel like I had no summer. Summers are to be spent getting tired and sandy at the river! We finally found a pretty good spot. I have been trying to get as many dogs as possible to go. We let Elsa off leash for the first time and she was awesome! She is not easily worn out. She still wanted to play after running around in the sand for a long time!

Why is there only one b? I am not sure. I was trying to use my film camera more and realized my light meter was busted. I got off my ass and rode my bike to the camera store. I love riding my bike but basically I walk in looking like I may die or drip sweat on you. I know the cure is more biking. I am working on it. The camera guy was nice.

I failed at getting new danskos. B did get danksos, so my battle was partially won. I decided getting the 1978ish nikon fixed was just as good as getting new clogs if not better.

I am on my own tonight B is working. My brother-in-law is here but he is mostly hanging with friends so I only have seen him in little bits. I am excited my mom is coming up for her birthday! Plus my bff from 3rd grad will be here at the end of the month. Visitors galore as per usual at Casa de Reynoles!
